How a visit works

No rush and no plan needed. These four steps are all there is.

Questions before you come
  1. Buy a pass

Online or at the desk. Online passes skip the queue at weekends.

  2. Change and shower

Your wristband opens a locker. Shower before every pool: the spring water stays clean that way.

  3. Hot, then cold

Ten to fifteen minutes in the hot spring or a sauna, then the cold plunge, then rest. Repeat.

  4. Rest and eat

The relaxation room is quiet; the café serves soup, salads and lemonade in your robe.
