The steam room is lined from floor to vault in turquoise mosaic. Steam from the spring pipes fills it to full humidity at 45 °C, with a drop of eucalyptus in the air.
Within a minute you can no longer see the opposite wall. People speak in whispers or not at all; it is the quietest room in the baths.
Stay up to fifteen minutes, then rinse under the rain shower outside the door.
